Telemundo - Org. Development HR Internship (Summer 2024)

The Organization and Development Intern will assist the O&D Senior Manager in various initiatives; including creative support for curriculum development, training materials preparation, program logistics, data analysis, and utilizing PowerPoint, SharePoint, Canva, Teams, and Campaign Monitor. The intern will also collaborate on other HR initiatives with the greater HR team and form part of the Monthly HR meetings. The role offers valuable hands-on experience in employee development and fostering a culture of continuous learning within the organization.
