Business Solutions Manager

This Business Solutions Consultant role is a key member of the Technical Operations organization and focuses on building and supporting the reporting and analytics environment for the NBCUniversal Studio Group. This individual partners with stakeholders across all Studio functions to identify analytics needs that will optimize the performance of the business and enable data-driven decision-making. This role also requires strong knowledge of modern data warehouse and business intelligence platforms in order to define and create reporting and advanced analytics solutions. Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with Studio business teams. Learn and understand how our content is created, marketed, and distributed globally and be the subject matter expert on the systems and data used to support these functions. Learn the KPIs that drive the business and identify opportunities to improve their decision-making process and enhance their analytics capabilities. Engage with business stakeholders to define and prioritize new project requests. Lead discovery and design sessions, documenting functional requirements and technical specifications. Collaborate with enterprise technology teams to create reporting solutions and advanced analytics products that enable business insights. Provide oversight to technical teams, reviewing designs and ensuring deliverables meet business requirements. Manage the reporting and analytics application ecosystem and serve as the point of escalation on day-to-day operational activities.
