Marketing Coordinator- 15 Month FTC
The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in providing marketing support to the Kids and Family marketing team, within the Global Television Distribution department of NBCUniversal. This role will be reporting into the VP of Kids & Family Marketing based in Los Angeles and will be highly collaborative in nature, assisting across multiple marketing functions to support the sale and subsequent success of the Kids & Family’s television products to broadcasters around the world. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Providing general logistical, administrative, and creative support to the marketing team across consumer and trade marketing functions Assisting with planning and implementing consumer marketing campaigns. This could include but is not limited to on-the-ground activations, events, paid media, influencer, mailer or broadcaster competitions Assisting the trade marketing lead by managing the creation of sales materials and coordinating elements of trade advertising initiatives such as client communications or events Assisting with the planning of global entertainment trade events such as MIPCOM, Kidscreen, NATPE Budapest and ATF Working with creative agencies and freelance designers on creation of broadcaster social and marketing toolkits and aligning with the Kids & Family marketing and sales teams on priorities and feedback/approvals Running bespoke owned social campaigns for broadcasters including maintaining a social posting schedule and working with an agency to create social assets, collaborating with internal digital marketing teams where necessary Preparing Microsoft PowerPoint presentations such as broadcaster pitches or marketing updates to senior stakeholders including coordinating the different elements to ensure the presentation is of a high standard Uploading and managing marketing assets onto various NBCU systems used to service broadcast partners and affiliates Maintaining calendars of events and databases, adjusting according to changes in release dates or schedules Managing premiums, ordering and stock take. Maintaining the PO and budget tracker including the day-to-day financial management of processing invoices using our internal NBCU systems Acting as a brand guardian for the DreamWorks, Peacock and Sky brands by gaining an in-depth understanding of the respective brand guidelines and applying your knowledge when working on marketing materials Liaising with internal/external stakeholders at various levels on a regular basis Contributing to ad-hoc projects, which may include conducting research and writing/proofreading copy
