Manager, Design & Product Development (UP&E)

JOB DESCRIPTION – The Universal Products & Experiences Group is seeking a Manager of Design & Product Development to support the Product Design team that services the Universal Pictures’ Consumer Products business for Food, Beauty & Care product development. This position will report to the Senior Manager within the Product Design Studio and will contribute to the overall entertainment licensing objectives that drive worldwide brand awareness and deliver revenue to the studio. The role is responsible for implementing the consumer product vision and managing product design & approvals for food, beauty and care categories. This is a design management role that requires an experience of working with product development within the Food, Beauty & Care product categories. Strong communication skills are essential for building relationships internally and externally, along with a talent for art-directing our external partners to design best-in-class and innovative consumer products.
