Repair Center Technician

You will be responsible for repairs of various LED and legacy lighting products used for film and television production. The Repair Center Technician will troubleshoot, root-cause and repair light fixtures, run quality checks on out-going product, as well as update cases in software tracking system. This role will be based at the Chandler Cineo location in Arizona and will require effective communication, problem-solving skills, as well as a strong aptitude for reading schematics and wiring diagrams. Job Responsibilities: Troubleshoot, root-cause and repair light fixtures Interact with customers for quotes and case updates Follow Standard Operating Procedure documents for repair center including repair guides and QC documentation Meet cycle time goals for repairs Participate in other Repair Center initiatives and projects
