News Production Coordinator

The News Production Coordinator reports to the News Production Manager. This role is responsible for invoice processing, payments, catering requests, travel, and transportation services; as well as any other admin tasks as needed. Responsibilities: • Processes, codes, and tracks vendor invoices using the corresponding budget codes • Support News team ensuring vendor invoices accuracy using corresponding tracking chart • Support news team with vendor payments information as needed • Support News production manager with the preparation of monthly accrual file • Process catering requests • Process travel arrangements and transportation requests • Supports News department with other administrative tasks as needed
