Page Program
About the Program
The NBCUniversal Page Program is a rotational learning and development program that gives early career talent a well-rounded experience along with unmatched exposure to the media industry. The program is designed to help prepare Page Program graduates for other early-career, entry level roles at the company. Employment at NBCUniversal after program completion is a primary goal but not guaranteed.
The program is based out of New York, NY and Universal City, CA and considered an in-person learning and development experience. Pages have the opportunity to contribute to various teams in meaningful ways and gain unparalleled exposure to NBCU and the media industry. Pages get a wide look across the businesses and functions of NBCU as they complete 3 full-time assignments within their year and serve as Ambassadors of the Page Program and company throughout the year.
NBCU Pages are paid hourly at a rate of $20 per hour and are eligible for overtime. Additionally, Pages are eligible for a comprehensive health and wellness benefits plan, paid time off, paid company holidays and a stipend upon starting the program.
The Page Program and Early Careers team is committed to fostering a community rooted in inclusion, equity, curiosity and empathy, where all Pages feel they can succeed and belong.

Program Experience
Pages are immersed into the NBCUniversal culture and gain exposure to its vast portfolio by contributing to areas of the business including, but not limited to: Public Relations, Production & Development, Marketing, Business Development, Ad Sales and Digital. Pages can expect to be assigned to three 4-month long rotational assignments throughout the year in varying areas of the business.
Successful Pages have a genuine interest in their professional and personal growth. The program provides Pages with frequent opportunities for feedback and coaching, plus a support system of peers, mentors, and company leaders. A unique element of the Page Program is the shared experience with a cohort and the Page community at large. Tailored learning labs supplement the hands-on learning achieved on assignment in a classroom setting.
In NY, Pages can expect to work 6 days a week, supporting audience services for live studio productions, the NBC Studio Tour and other Ambassador responsibilities throughout the year, in addition to their assignment rotations.
Onboarding Experience
Pages in both NY and LA will begin their Page year by going through a 2-week onboarding process to learn more about NBCUniversal as a business, and the Page Program as a whole. The onboarding experience is designed to help new Pages feel set up for success going into their first assignment. Incoming Pages are also assigned mentors to help familiarize themselves with the company and culture.
First Assignments
After onboarding, Pages launch into their year into a pre-placed first assignment that helps orient them to our company and how we operate. First assignments are geared to help Pages learn a new area of the business and build foundational skills and knowledge that will help Pages succeed in their future rotations.
Second & Third Assignments
After the First Assignment, Pages are placed into 2 more unique and robust assignments across NBCU’s portfolio. Each assignment allows Pages to work with varying businesses across NBCUniversal, providing Pages with a well-rounded experience and understanding of the media industry. Pages go through a collaborative placement process for their second and third assignment, which is designed for Pages practice and develop networking and interviewing skills.
Program Graduation & Senior Ambassadorship
At the end of their 3 assignment rotations, Pages become eligible to apply and interview for open roles at NBCU with support and assistance from the program leaders and NBCU recruiters. Employment at NBCUniversal after graduating from the Page Program is a shared goal but not guaranteed. The Program is designed to help prepare you for other early-career, entry-level roles at the company.
