Program Experience
Pages are hired 3 times per year in cohorts: creating a built-in community and professional network from day one. Between current Pages and an expansive alumni network, Pages are immersed into a supportive community to lean on, learn from, and grow with, both during the program and long after the blazers have been turned in.
As a Page, you can expect to receive regular feedback, coaching, and access to tailored learning experiences designed to grow your skills, sharpen your media business acumen, and keep you leveling up professionally. Pages kick-off the program with a robust two-week onboarding experience alongside their cohort. This onboarding experience is designed to set Pages up for success – from covering the business of NBCU, to developing professional skills, preparing for first assignments, and learning the ropes of being an ambassador.
While the Program is run consistently coast to coast, you must pick one coast when you apply -- New York (East Coast) or Los Angeles (West Coast). Each location offers its own unique experiences and opportunities aligned with the businesses rooted in each location.

New York (East Coast)
Based at NBCUniversal’s headquarters in the historic 30 Rockefeller Plaza, New York Pages get a front-row seat to both the company’s legendary history while building the future.
Assignment areas include: Corporate Functions, News, Ad Sales, Peacock & Entertainment, Late Night, and Sports, supporting functions such as marketing, communications, distribution, partnerships, production, and more.
In NY, Pages represent NBCU as ambassadors of the company by leading the general public through the Tour at NBC Studios, ushering audiences for late night & daytime live productions, and supporting a variety of company events. Pages perform ambassadorship responsibilities a few times during the week while on their full-time assignments.
NY Pages are considered production-essential employees and should expect to regularly work 6 days a week when needed and in-person the majority of the time (weekends may include tours, audience services, or company events).

Los Angeles (West Coast)
On the West Coast, Pages work right on the historic Universal Lot in Universal City, the epicenter of Hollywood and home to soundstages, iconic film sets, and the Universal Studios Hollywood theme park.
Assignment areas include Film & TV, supporting functions such as marketing, production, development, publicity, acquisitions, current programming, and more. West Coast Pages get a front-row seat to what happens behind the scenes to bring stories to life on screen.
While LA does not have the same ambassadorship responsibilities as NY, West Coast Pages support various internal and external company events and activations throughout the program.

Assignment Experience
Every Page completes three different assignments, each designed to give a well-rounded view of the industry. While Pages do not pick and choose their exact assignments, the program is designed to offer every Page the opportunity to enhance their skills and experience with opportunities to learn something new.
First Assignments –typically business-focused assignments that are assigned upon starting the program; these first assignments are based on balancing your current skillset with a new area to learn & grow.
Second & Third Assignments – Pages take part in a collaborative placement process where they can express interest in a number of available assignments. The goal of the assignment placement process is to match every Page to a great assignment and every assignment to a great Page. The placement process will also enrich and develop interview and networking skills along the way.

Graduation & Job Hunting
After completing three assignments, Pages will have additional time in the program to apply and interview for open roles NBCU roles with guidance from program leaders and internal recruiters. While landing a role at NBCUniversal after the program is not guaranteed, it is a shared goal to set you up for success for other early-career, entry-level roles across the company. In NY, graduated Pages continue to support ambassadorship responsibilities throughout the week. In NY and LA, graduated Pages may be placed into full-time Grad assignments to continue developing skills and building networks while pursuing open roles.
