In this role, you will work closely with our Maintenance Repair Operations team in the areas of Asset Management, Preventative Maintenance Scheduling, and Materials Requests. You will also work with a wide range of internal and corporate teams, Production and external vendors.

Summary: The Sous Chef would primarily be responsible for all culinary offerings in a designated area of Universal Studios Hollywood. This position will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service at all levels.
