Role Purpose: The Global Finance Operations Record to Report group is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of the Manager, Global Account Reconciliations Quality Assurance. Responsibilities: Supporting the Director, CRM Operations, ensure the smooth deployment of CRM campaigns. Balance technical knowledge with consumer experience focus Manage email team workflows, production capacity and schedule; identify process improvements to increase accuracy, efficiency, and scale to capacity of the team. Act as a cross-functional project manager to intake requirements from stakeholders (Brand marketing, CRM, Ad Sales, etc.) to gather requirements, design solutions, troubleshoot issue as well as build and execute world-class email and automation campaigns end-to-end.

Maintain customer contact & deployment calendars and work with team to ensure all campaigns are planned, executed, and wrapped up. Manage and execute email and text channel marketing technical systems. Manage technical email and text system administrators. Work cross-functionally with internal teams (Brand marketing, CRM, Ad Sales, etc.) to execute sophisticated email and mobile journeys, automations, behavioral, transactional, and triggered campaigns. Ability to set up and deploy campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).

O&T supports Enterprise Technology, Broadcast and Production systems across NBCU globally. The Production Systems Engineer is responsible for providing best-in-class live television production support for NBCU, supporting live and scripted/unscripted productions.

This Tampa-based position will be responsible for growing revenue across NBCUniversal Local OTT and digital platforms, including NBC Spot On featuring Peacock across all 210 DMAs, and Local Linear TV including Telemundo 49 WRMD, Telemundo 31 WTMO, and Telemundo Ft. Global Network and Distribution operations team is responsible for maintaining NBCU’s corporate and broadcast network. We are looking for a Senior Network Engineer who has a broad spectrum of knowledge with all networking technologies. Being in operations team needs understanding of all parts of network. Also includes reacting to alerts, working with vendors and clients to resolve issues, working with other network teams such as engineering, architects, automation teams to understand the changing network and troubleshooting problems. We maintain a 24X7 on call rotation.
