NBCUniversal has an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to become a Storage Engineer for NBCU Operations and Technology (O&T). O&T supports Enterprise Technology, Broadcast and Production systems across the NBCU portfolio globally. This role will be responsible for maintaining and supporting 24x7x365 high availability storage environments for NBCUniversal. You will provide support for all operational-based changes for all supported applications.

The Manager, Technology Continuity will report to the Director of Technology Continuity and work as part of the Business Continuity/Crisis Management/Environmental Health & Safety team. The Manager, Technology Continuity will work with internal technology resources to develop, maintain, and assist in developing technology continuity strategies and solutions, including but not limited to, assessments, recovery strategies, continuity plans and exercises. This role can be based in Los Angeles or New York City. Responsibilities Manage technology continuity projects and engagements.

In this role, you will be responsible for: Managing all day to day staging (carpentry, props, electric and special effects) needs in a 24/7 live and taped studio production environment Responding to studio issues with urgency Functioning as the on-site supervisor for all studio IATSE stage employees, USA scenic designers and scenic artists within the NY studios. Support facilities and ensure studio is safe, clean, and maintained.
