The Manager, of Programming Operations, plays a crucial role in the execution of Telemundo and Universo’s linear programming strategy. The Manager, reporting to the Sr. Director of programming Operations serves as the main point of contact for various key internal and external partners. Job Duties: Serves as the main point of contact for GMO (Global Media Operations), Addressing any editing questions/concerns. Serves as main point of contact for NOC (Network Operations Center). Manages relationships with Telemundo Dubbing Vendors, and ensures a timely delivery of dubbed material.

The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support for the EVP, Programming & Content Development. Job Duties: Provides administrative assistance to EVP, and leads small to mid-size projects. Assists with the preparation of presentations, metric reports, dashboards, and other business reports. Performs general duties, including general correspondence, word processing, filing, faxing, copying, preparing and reconciling expense reports, ordering office supplies and managing all subscriptions.

The Manager, Technology Continuity will report to the Director of Technology Continuity and work as part of the Business Continuity/Crisis Management/Environmental Health & Safety team. The Manager, Technology Continuity will work with internal technology resources to develop, maintain, and assist in developing technology continuity strategies and solutions, including but not limited to, assessments, recovery strategies, continuity plans and exercises. This role can be based in Los Angeles, New York City, Denver, or Miami.
