This position will provide legal support for a wide variety of commercial transactions with a focus on software, artificial intelligence, and other technology and business counseling matters for the Global Streaming businesses including Peacock and international projects powered by the Peacock platform. This role will report to the division’s Vice President.

The Administrative Coordinator, Intellectual Property will primarily provide executive administrative and operational support to the EVP and Chief Counsel who oversees the global IP teams in California, Washington D.C., London, Singapore, and China. The role will also support the SVP, Content Protection. This position involves strong partnership with the EVP and managing a complex calendar, which includes scheduling meetings and travel, video conferences, trainings, and department events.

The Sr. Counsel, Consumer Protection Compliance will serve as a key legal advisor within NBCUniversal’s Corporate Legal Department, supporting the Company’s global compliance with consumer protection laws, regulations, and industry standards. This role partners closely with business and legal teams across NBCUniversal’s global portfolio to provide practical, risk-based legal guidance on consumer-facing products, services, and marketing initiatives.

Reporting to and primarily supporting the SVP, Legal, AI Innovation & Legal Operations, the Executive Assistant will provide proactive, high-volume executive support to the SVP, as well as shared administrative support to designated members of Corporate Legal Affairs and the broader Legal Innovation & Operations team.

Reporting to the SVP, Legal, AI Innovation & Legal Operations, the Director owns the strategy and execution for the Legal Department’s knowledge management, process improvement, AI enablement, and measurement and insights portfolio. The Director also leads the business requirements, implementation readiness, adoption, and value realization of legal technology priorities established by the SVP.

Reporting to the Director, Legal Innovation & Operations, the Manager will develop and own execution of the annual and quarterly operating plan for the Legal Department's AI enablement and assigned innovation programs. This hands-on program leader will translate approved priorities into structured pilots, role-based learning, change and adoption programs, repeatable workflows, and measurable outcomes.

Reporting to the SVP, Legal, AI Innovation & Legal Operations, the Director owns the operating strategy, roadmap and execution for the Legal Department’s financial management, outside counsel and external-provider management, e-billing and related governance, within the broader strategy, priorities and resource parameters established by the SVP.
