As an Enterprise Architect for Builder Enablement, your role is to bring clarity and coherence to a complex, evolving technology ecosystem. You will be a founding member of the Builder Enablement team at the intersection of architecture, engineering, and enablement - developing and maintaining a shared view of enterprise infrastructure, services, and patterns—mapping how they fit together today and where they’re going. You’ll work across teams to crystallize architectural principles, surface gaps and overlaps, and help the organization understand its technology as a cohesive system.

Currently, the application portfolio includes SuccessFactors, SmartRecruiters, and ClickBoarding products, which are expected to be consolidated within a 3-5 year time frame.
