The Senior Product Manager, Enterprise Data Products is a hands-on, technical product leader responsible for building and scaling Medallion data products and AI-powered agentic workflows that enable data-driven decision-making across NBCUniversal's brands and business units. NBCU currently has 16 BPC solutions to support financial planning processes. NBCU is also on a Finance transformation journey that will result in most of the planning solutions moving to SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC). As the Business System Analysis Manager, you will be the bridge between finance strategy and technical execution.

The Sr. Business Analyst will be responsible for executing NBCU’s strategy and work in an HR technology team focused on SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding solutions. Currently, the application portfolio includes SuccessFactors, SmartRecruiters, and ClickBoarding products, which are expected to be consolidated within a 3-5 year time frame. Engagement with HR business partners is a critical competency of this role. Collaboration with a team of technology professionals as well as engaging with vendors and an engineering team are essential tasks to perform project and support activities.

Reporting to the Director, Business Solutions, the Manager, Business Solutions leads a team that supports Global Media Operations by ensuring the effective execution of large-scale technology programs as well as process improvement in support of strategic business goals and objectives. This role will collaborate with leaders across varying business units and technology portfolios to ensure proper cross-functional coordination and execution across delivery teams from intake to completion.
