NBC Bay Area's Production Internship provides students with real world experience and exposure to working in a top ten television market and in a high-energy newsroom. Interns will work closely with the Production Team in the control room in the broadcast of NBC Bay Area newscasts and recordings.

The Content Sales & Business Intern supports the Distribution Team, in tasks which may include conducting business and competitor research, identifying content distribution opportunities across SEA territories, develop sales literatures, participating in meetings and assisting the distribution department wherever possible. Your responsibilities may span across the following areas: Tailor made, compile and distribute presentations and sales literature across SEA territories including Hong Kong and Taiwan. Prepare targeted materials for different clients across the region.

The Mechanical Engineering Intern provides support to sustaining engineering activities for theme park attractions (rides and shows). Duties include assisting Engineers with complex downtime investigation, reverse engineering, and other engineering tasks as required to ensure daily operational readiness of attractions. Additional duties include supporting re-design and development efforts for mechanical/structural systems of theme park rides and attractions. Some projects will require interfacing with Technicians, Management, Operations, Entertainment, and/or outside vendors.

You will learn how to strategically build CNBC’s arsenal of intellectual property, through in-house partnerships and acquisitions, for CNBC to trade with existing distribution channels, emerging platforms and branded affiliates.
