The Research Manager plays a pivotal role providing strategic analytical tools to NBCU’s channels and TVD teams in Australia and New Zealand. Primary responsibilities are to support the channel’s Managing Director, TVD Sales Director and Research Director for Asia, contributing to all aspects of audience reporting as it applies to NBCU’s respective business units. Essential Responsibilities: Independently manage research projects from inception to completion, including the interpretation of audience data and writing of internal reports and external sales materials.

Receiving and coding of invoices Perform all bank reconciliations Assist in training and management of overseas third-party support, Accenture Reviewing and approving travel and expense claims in Concur Assisting with month end, quarter end, and year end processes Support and assist in coordination of annual statutory audit process, working with external auditor Deloitte Management of overhead and other accruals including preparation of Management Summary Maintaining and reconciling balance sheet accounts with appropriate supporting documentation for GBS/Blackline reconciliations Maintainin

General administrative support to the Office Services Manager. Managing all visitors to the office including VIP’s, external staff and service providers. Booking same day, National and International couriers. Reconciliation of monthly invoicing. Manage the Internal Security system including - Issuing Staff and Visitor Security passes as needed, keeping an up-to-date records and regular Auditing of all access cards. Liaise with the Base Building Management and use the Internal Portal for office maintenance issues.

The IT team forms part of the wider IT Workplace Operations Team and the role will require a high-level customer focus, technical flexibility and agility. The role also requires flexibility around operational hours as well as supporting multiple locations in Southeast Asia and ANZ. Provide 1st & 2nd line desk side support services to NBCUniversal International on all supported technologies including Windows & Mac hardware and various mobile technologies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Leading the Matchbox finance function with sole responsibility of the finance team of four people and play a leading role in the Matchbox Pictures Leadership team. Providing strategic advice and decision making on commercial & financial matters relating to the Matchbox business.
