This internship will provide an opportunity to experience and learn the fundamentals of Brand Marketing and Creative Services, how they relate to other departments within local news and sports stations, and, how it defines the station’s cross platform look, identity and brand.

Support the Sales team with administrative tasks, including but not limited to preparing sales presentations, organizing client meetings, and new business prospecting which could include cold calling. Assist in organizing and planning station sponsored and client events. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends. Analyze competitor activities and prepare reports for the Sales team. Help coordinate and schedule client meetings and assist in follow-up communications.

Will work as part of the technology / IT System engineer support team. An opportunity to shadow all areas of news and operations. Research and curate compelling entertainment stories that resonate with our audience. Work directly with News Producer on story ideas and development.
