The Principal Engineer for Digital Workplace Technology is a senior technical leader within NBCUniversal’s Workplace Technology Engineering (WTE) organization, responsible for defining and delivering the next-generation digital workplace platform. This role spans enterprise collaboration, endpoint engineering, and AI platform engineering, including Microsoft 365, Copilot, Power Platform, and enterprise AI solutions.

The Role: The Senior Researcher for Commerce and Growth User Experience will play a pivotal role in defining the future of Peacock’s commercial product experiences. The position will conduct and manage Commerce research on the Product Research and Consumer Insights team and will be a lead for Commerce Product and Design teams — answering questions like: how do ideal new subscriber experiences differ across devices, how might subscribers want to manage their accounts, and how to best ensure the easy and flexible experiences needed for the future of streaming subscription management.

The Assistant Manager, Entertainment Operations - Streets is responsible for assisting the Manager with oversight and management of the Entertainment Streets Department, including all aspects of front and back of house operations. The Assistant Manager will assist in managing finances, resolving operational challenges and addressing guest and/or team member issues.
