Job Summary Responsible for the effective management and delivery of Property Development construction projects, including enabling works, infrastructure, utilities, roads, structures, and buildings supporting the development of a world-class destination resort. Oversees construction coordination throughout the project lifecycle, including design integration, construction documentation, contractor interfaces, field operations, schedule and budget management, and on-site issue resolution.

The Director, Project Management will be responsible for leading the execution and delivery of a large-scale project portfolio across NBCU News Group, supporting National News, Local Stations, and Telemundo Enterprises. This role will partner closely with the Sr. Director, Program Management to translate strategic priorities into executable projects and workstreams, ensuring consistent delivery, governance, and transparent reporting to leadership.

NBC Universal’s Technical Operations Enterprise Product team builds products and services to organizations throughout NBCUniversal including Ad Sales, Broadcast Operations, NBC Digital, NBC News, NBC Sports, Cable Entertainment brands and local TV stations.
