We are looking for a Sr. Director, Technical Learning and Pipeline Development to join the Talent and Organizational Development team supporting Operations and Technology (O&T) and Corporate Functions. Reporting to the Head of Talent and Organizational Development, this new role will partner with Engineering, Cyber Security, Technical Operations, HR, and other senior executive leadership to establish and maintain a technical learning ecosystem that enables our technical talent to deliver on the strategic priorities of the Company.

The Director, Project Management will be responsible for leading the execution and delivery of a large-scale project portfolio across NBCU News Group, supporting National News, Local Stations, and Telemundo Enterprises. This role will partner closely with the Sr. Director, Program Management to translate strategic priorities into executable projects and workstreams, ensuring consistent delivery, governance, and transparent reporting to leadership.

Role Overview The Senior Director of Strategy plays a critical leadership role across the International Networks and DTC organization. Acting as a trusted partner to the Senior Leadership Team, this role will drive the development, prioritization and delivery of the strategy for the business, ensuring sustainable growth across both linear and direct-to-consumer businesses. Key Responsibilities: Partner with the Senior Leadership Team to define, own, and deliver the International Networks and DTC strategic roadmap.

The Director, Human Resources, will provide HR leadership to our Mexico offices which has various divisions in three locations (Coyoacan, Reforma and Remsen). The Director, Human Resources will ensure the smooth running of day-to-day employee processes and serve as the HR business partner to our senior leaders and general employee population. The role will require working closely with the multiple stakeholders to achieve results and genuinely influence change.
