• Perform on-air Multimedia Journalist responsibilities for designated Telemundo Las Vegas - KBLR newscasts or program across KBLR’s multiple platforms • Contribute story ideas for key series pieces for daily news program, digital & social media platforms • Prepare and/or assemble, and present story content in a fair, accurate and unbiased manner • Collaborate with news producers and managers to conceptualize, produce and present Telemundo Las Vegas KBLR news specials and packages based on either breaking or pre-planned stories • Generate story ideas, research and set up the content and

Responsibilities • Tell the market’s weather stories in a way that connects and informs viewers. • Develop innovative and creative ways of presenting the daily weather story, with an emphasis on accuracy and integrity of data. • Produce weather graphics and analyze data from the National Weather Service as well as other meteorological sources. • Work with the producers and news team to create complete coverage of weather. Also prepare and post forecasts for multiple platforms. • Some live reporting and attendance at community and weather-related events will be required.
