The Manager, Employee Relations, plays a critical role in supporting an organizational culture that promotes a fair and inclusive workplace. The Manager, Employee Relations, will thoroughly and expeditiously investigate Team Member concerns in a fair, unbiased, and consistent manner.  The ideal candidate will need to have significant experience operating in a fast-paced and guest-facing environment and possess a strong investigative skill set working in Union and Non-Union organizations.
