Responsibilities: Supporting the Director, CRM Operations, ensure the smooth deployment of CRM campaigns. Balance technical knowledge with consumer experience focus Manage email team workflows, production capacity and schedule; identify process improvements to increase accuracy, efficiency, and scale to capacity of the team. Act as a cross-functional project manager to intake requirements from stakeholders (Brand marketing, CRM, Ad Sales, etc.) to gather requirements, design solutions, troubleshoot issue as well as build and execute world-class email and automation campaigns end-to-end. Champion continuous advancement of email features and capabilities including targeting, personalization, and template development in collaboration with multiple stakeholders. Serving as the Marketing product expert for CRM systems. Leading the end-to-end technical design and architecture of Salesforce solutions, considering factors such as scalability, performance, security, and integration needs Drive strategies to automate data cleansing to maintain healthy database. Provide appropriate visibility into data hygiene and follow-up with business units to meet data quality standards on a regular schedule. Ability to set up and deploy campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). This includes creation and implementation of efficient data extensions, understanding of Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and campaign creation/management. Ensure quality execution of specific campaigns, communication of and adherence to Corporate policies, legal and regulatory requirements (ex: GDPR, CCPA) and departmental procedures. Develop and maintain a governance framework related to customer preference management. Ensure data is accurate and supports CRM initiatives by working with data engineers to develop correct data schema and pipelines. Work with developers to ensure accurate customer-facing data is displayed correctly in corresponding emails and app communications either within SFMC or API calls. Utilize agile development through use of 3rd-party project management tools (JIRA) Publish timely, actionable results. Report on, and analyze, campaign performance data, and provide recommendations on campaign and process optimization. Create seamless integrations between Salesforce and other business applications, using both native and custom-coded solutions. Proactively manage relationships with internal stakeholders to meet their needs. Manage staff & outside agencies.
