UX/UI Designer - NBC Sports Next

Reporting directly to the Director of UX, this person will be a key contributor to the UX team within the Product Development department and will be responsible for delivering great products that meet our company goals and exceed our customers' expectations. As a UX Designer at NBC SportsNext, you will... Lead design projects across the entire product lifecycle—from discovery to design—for a product team, with support from senior designers. Be insights-driven. You’ll pair closely with our UX Research team to design exceptional user experiences grounded in user insights. Utilize and make contributions to our design system Produce concepts, prototypes, and designs—knowing when to apply pixel-perfect attention to detail and when to make low-fi sketches and wireframes. Be autonomous. You’ll take full ownership of your work and take responsibility for every detail every step of the way. Be part of a team. You’ll be joining our exceptional design team and have a chance to grow your skillset alongside our passionate group of designers. Work closely with product leaders to analyze new opportunities and assess user and business impact. Help map, maintain, and optimize customer journeys to identify and implement impactful solutions Help contribute to the overall process, product strategy, and best practices for our UX team. Present your work, align multiple stakeholders, and consider all feedback critically. We are a remote-friendly work environment.
