In this role, you will specifically support our SportsEngine platform as an Account Manager supporting our current clients. As a strong team player, you will be responsible for providing unparalleled service to our existing customer base. Specifically, focusing on renewals, product/feature add-ons, increasing customer engagement and securing customer referrals.

Reporting directly to the Director of UX, this person will be a key contributor to the UX team within the Product Development department and will be responsible for delivering great products that meet our company goals and exceed our customers' expectations. As a UX Designer at NBC SportsNext, you will... Lead design projects across the entire product lifecycle—from discovery to design—for a product team, with support from senior designers. Be insights-driven. You’ll pair closely with our UX Research team to design exceptional user experiences grounded in user insights.
