Manager, Human Resources
Role Summary The Human Resources Manager is responsible for providing strategic and operational HR leadership, direction, and expertise for the Ad Sales organization. In collaboration with the Director, Human Resources – Ad Sales, this person will provide day to day client support and strategic HR solutions for Ad Sales vertical teams. Responsibilities Lead and leverage HR processes (incl. Staffing, Benefits, Performance Management, Compensation/Reward Management, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement & Communication) for client groups Partner/collaborate with leadership team to align and execute HR strategies in support of Ad Sales initiatives Manage complex employee relations issues including organizational and structural changes Develop and implement appropriate change management plans Implement and monitor adherence to HR policies, procedures and practices Provide advice, counsel and coaching to employees regarding HR policies and procedures Partner with stakeholders across the enterprise, including but not limited to Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Employment Law Serve as project manager to coordinate and oversee programs and initiatives across Ad Sales Uncover, assess and propose opportunities improve HR processes Supervise HR Coordinator and act as mentor to junior team members
