Account Management Coordinator
The Account Management team is responsible for management of key transactional new media customers (covering PPV, PEW, EST & VOD) including: Multi-territory platform customers (e.g. Amazon, Apple, Google, Microsoft etc.); and Key in-territory transactional partners (e.g. Sky, Orange etc.) The team manage some of our largest new media customers and are responsible for making these relationships as profitable as possible. The team have key budget responsibility and are assessed and tracked based on ambitious revenue growth targets in 2024 and beyond. The Account Management Coordinator role is a key role within the team and will work closely with the Sales Administration, Operations, Business Insights, Marketing and Finance teams to ensure delivery of accurate information on new content launches, pricing and promotions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Day to day management of all UK partners alongside Director, Intl Account Management, with leading role for some local platforms Originate and implement revenue driving initiatives including promotions Work with Director, Intl Account Management to ensure smooth PEW launch and transition to EST/VOD Perform title and pricing audits across key retailers Work closely with retailers to ensure maximum coverage of all new releases Provide overall support to Director, Intl Account Management to ensure revenue is maximised across all platforms and all product lines SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Must be able to multi-task and prioritize projects across multiple stakeholders Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to a rapidly evolving environment Ability to handle short deadlines/turnarounds and multiple competing priorities Team-player who can successfully operate in a team-oriented setting and can demonstrate exceptional interpersonal, communication, people and project management skills Self-starter who can work independently, manage multiple projects, and demonstrate good follow-through while adhering to deadlines KEY COMPETENCIES Attention to detail Excel proficiency Thoroughness Relationship building Influencing at all levels Ability to analyse data and make beneficial recommendations Proactivity
