The Account Management team is responsible for management of key transactional new media customers (covering PPV, PEW, EST & VOD) including: Multi-territory platform customers (e.g. Amazon, Apple, Google, Microsoft etc.); and Key in-territory transactional partners (e.g. Sky, Orange etc.) The team manage some of our largest new media customers and are responsible for making these relationships as profitable as possible. The team have key budget responsibility and are assessed and tracked based on ambitious revenue growth targets in 2024 and beyond.

The Project Manager for Universal Creative is responsible for managing the design and construction of themed environments at Universal Studios Hollywood. Projects include retail, restaurants, facades, wayfinding graphics, kiosks, carts and area development items. The Project Manager should be a proactive problem solver who also possesses broad knowledge in facility design management, production, scenic techniques and materials. The Project Manager will be working with a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting to the VP of Production Management, the role is instrumental in ensuring alignment amongst key stakeholders and activities for internal and third-party productions.
