Role Summary: As part of the NBCU HR Operations team, the candidate will work directly with the internal Learning Center of Excellence team and key clients in various businesses throughout NBCU’s decentralized organization to design, develop and support courses from the initial design process through completion. The candidate will need to manage internal clients and have a deep understanding of course development software. The candidate will also need to possess an understanding of business processes and leverage this knowledge to design and deliver the necessary solutions.
