Role Purpose: The VP, Finance Transformation - AP is a critical role for NBCUniversal’s SAP S/4 HANA implementation, “Project Keystone.” This position will work with colleagues across the global NBCU Finance and Technology organizations, playing an active role in our finance digital transformation from design to deployment. This role will be an important part of ensuring inclusive design decisions, effective change management and substantial Finance transformation. This role will lead the Accounts Payable (AP) workstream, serving as the Controllership’s single point of contact.

The Position We are seeking an experienced, results-oriented Sourcing Director for the NBCUniversal Group Procurement organization. This individual thrives on solving problems, develops strategic sourcing initiatives, and collaborates closely with key stakeholders. Role Purpose: The Senior Manager, Post-Production & Marketing Sourcing will be a part of the NBCUniversal Group Procurement organization and be responsible for sourcing activities related to post-production and marketing. The individual will be working hand in hand with all areas of film, home entertainment and television pursuing the Company’s global sourcing objectives and initiatives. This role will report directly to the Vice President Sourcing, Global Post-Production for all post- production, sourcing-related projects and day-to-day activities.

Role Purpose: The Global Finance Operations Record to Report group is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of the Manager, Global Account Reconciliations Quality Assurance. This highly visible position offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of accounting, auditing and driving the future of NBCU account reconciliations standards.

Role Purpose: The SAP S/4 Business Process Lead will be part of the S/4 Solution Team in the newly formed S/4 Transformation Office in NBCU Corporate. You will work with colleagues across the global Finance and Technology organizations, playing an active role in our finance digital transformation from design to deployment. This role will lead the Enterprise RTR workstream, serving as the Controllership’s single point of contact and liaison. Key aspects of the R2R workstream will include but not be limited to; Group Reporting, FX, Intercompany, Fixed Assets and Local Statutory Reporting.

Role Purpose: The Global Customer Financial Operations is a hybrid shared services organization that oversees the global order-to-cash functions for the NBCUniversal Media LLC company, which include Ad Sales, TV Distribution, Universal Pictures International, Universal Products & Experiences, and many other major divisions. The mission of GCFO is to facilitate sales, accelerate cash flow, mitigate risk, and provide customer service excellence.

We are looking for a technical accountant who enjoys working in a fast-moving environment in the Entertainment Industry. This role has a solid reporting line to the Financial Controller Statutory and Technical UK. The assistant Controller is responsible for assisting in the accurate preparation and timely dissemination of Financial Statements for 30+ NBCU entities in the UK.

Role Purpose: The Manager Solutions Governance will lead our efforts to measure how much digital transformational change we accomplish by implementing SAP’s modern S/4HANA Finance ERP software. By implementing this software, NBCU will have an opportunity to adopt streamlined/optimized enterprise finance processes already in place at thousands of high-performing companies. NBCU’s aim is to achieve a high level of finance organizational transformational improvement and significant ROI.
