The Analyst, People Analytics & Reporting (PA&R) position supports the design, implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of our Power BI dashboard solutions used by HR and senior leaders, while helping to evolve those BI products into agentic, AI-enabled solutions that deliver automated insights and workflows. This role serves as a subject matter expert on Power BI, Snowflake, and core people data, partnering closely with PA&R Consulting, the Data & Analytics team, other IT counterparts, and Global HR to deliver accurate, secure, and actionable insights.

Role Purpose: Reporting to the Vice President, Risk & Compliance, the Senior Manager/ Director, Risk & Compliance is responsible for helping design / establish a robust risk and compliance framework for Global Controllership including leading the advisory / maintenance for Global Finance Operations (GFO). The FP&A & Analytics Transformation Manager is a critical role within FP&A for NBCUniversal’s long term finance transformation initiative, Project Keystone. This role will support the Corporate HQ FP&A team as well as businesses across NBCU, serving as a key point of contact and liaison for the business units from an FP&A and analytics transformation perspective. This role will be a key technology enabler, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to drive excellence in planning and analytics capabilities using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).

As a Treasury Analyst, you support the effective management of the company’s cash, liquidity, and banking activities. Positioned just above entry level, this role offers broad exposure to global Treasury operations and close collaboration with Finance, Tax, Accounting, and operational teams across the business. You play a key role in ensuring daily Treasury processes run efficiently, accurately, and in line with established controls, while also contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
