Manager, Talent Development

You’ll Be Joining You’ll be part of the global team that helps bring our enterprise-wide talent development strategy and learning and development experiences at NBCUniversal’s corporate university, the Talent Lab, to life. This role will be focused on building core, common, and critical capabilities needed to lead yourself and others at NBCU. Our days regularly toggle between the big-picture planning and curation of our development experiences to examining the small details that make them a success.
