Associate Counsel, Corporate Legal Affairs

Provide legal support for a portfolio of agreements, primarily for NBCUniversal’s Sourcing, Facilities and Operations & Technology groups Draft, review and negotiate a variety of technology agreements for NBCUniversal and its various business units, including software service and licensing agreements, as well as professional services Manage a high volume of SOWs, orders, renewals, and amendments for various contracts Advise clients regarding contractual rights and duties, matters of contract interpretation, and pre-litigation dispute resolution Coordinate with Privacy, Information Security and Compliance teams to ensure personal data and confidential information is collected, used and secured in accordance with company requirements and evolving law
