Our Enterprise Product organization is seeking a UX/UI Designer to join our team. The UX team supports dozens of browser-based applications for internal users, including content supply chain, finance, data and SaaS tools. We do not design mobile or consumer-facing UIs.  The ideal candidate has deep experience designing internal enterprise tools within a design system. They have a proven ability to simplify complex workflows into user-friendly UIs using repeatable patterns and templates. The successful Designer needs to be an effective communicator and an active relationship-builder.

As the Senior Staff SAP BASIS Administrator, you will provide leadership for SAP BASIS activities, including oversight and accountability for delivery of services for ongoing projects and SRE operations. This role will be heavily engaged in NBC Universal Project Keystone. Keystone is a multi year program to transform NBCU's existing Finance systems to SAP S/4.

The Sr. Manager, S2P Application Operations will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end Source-to-Pay processes within the organization, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and alignment with strategic goals. This role involves managing the sourcing, procurement, and payment processes, leveraging technology to optimize operations, and collaborating with various stakeholders to drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sourcing, procurement, and finance, with the ability to lead a team and drive process improvements.

You will be responsible for repairs of various LED and legacy lighting products used for film and television production. The Repair Center Technician will troubleshoot, root-cause and repair light fixtures, run quality checks on out-going product, as well as update cases in software tracking system. This role will be based at the Chandler Cineo location in Arizona and will require effective communication, problem-solving skills, as well as a strong aptitude for reading schematics and wiring diagrams.

The POST Software Engineer will be responsible for the Dev QC process, CI\CD management, L3 for Media Asset Management, help with reporting/dashboards and provide overall L3 support to Products/Services for business-critical applications within POST Production Engineering at NBCUniversal. Responsibilities: Leading the QC process for the Automation team. And the ability to provide tech details to the dev team for debugging. Run the CI/CD pipeline, optimizing code integration and delivery of the simulation environment.

The O&T FP&A Sr. Financial Analyst is a key player on the O&T HQ Finance team, supporting a variety of business lines within Operations & Technology. The role will primarily assist in the consolidation & analysis of the O&T Capital portfolio, approximately $700M of annual Capital spend. Additionally, this role will assist with the management of the OCF allocation process, which includes partnering with finance teams across NBCUniversal’s wider brand portfolio in the distribution of approximately $1B of costs.

As the Senior Manager of Hub Site Operations at NBCUniversal, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all IT operations across a diverse array of remote hub sites, including Toronto, Chicago, Assembly Studios in Atlanta, Dry Creek in Colorado, and all local NBCULocal locations. Your primary responsibilities will include seamless and efficient communication with all business partners, facilitating project work and meeting business needs and requirements.

The Business Solutions Analyst for data and analytics will provide valuable analysis and insight to all activities relating to the continued support and ongoing expansion of the data warehouse for the Universal Products & Experiences (UP&E) business solutions group. Reporting to the Director in charge of data and analytics for UP&E, this individual will be a key member of the team with focus on the following areas of responsibility: Data Analysis and Sourcing, Functional Data Requirements, Data Model Design review and approval, and ETL design review and approval.
