Summary Provides essential structure and support to the Entertainment AV team with daily operations and projects of various scale, including daily park entertainment, marquee events, placemaking efforts, and special projects. For each, works with the team on driving the production process forward with an emphasis on organizational skills, documentation, and communication. Essential Functions Provide daily supervision of the duties, priorities, and workflows of Entertainment Audio/Video group, including Entertainment Technical Services (ETS) sub-group.

Role Summary: The Director, Operations & Labor Analytics is Universal Studios Hollywood’s Finance leader for Operations, Attractions, Parking and Labor Analytics. This role provides a unique opportunity to make an impact on the theme park profitability by partnering with senior operational leadership responsible for daily operations, including revenue and labor. The Director manages the profit and loss statements for the individual departments as well as drives critical analyses for revenue opportunities, operational efficiency, new projects and workforce planning.

Responsibilities The Associate Manager OmniChannel Retail Marketing focuses on Marketing and Development activity to support the marketing of Consumer Products from Universal Pictures theatrical releases and NBC Television programs that maximizes sell-in and sell-through at retail. Develops retail strategies in partnership with retailers by defining the right media mix to amplify campaign messages while driving sales.

This role is responsible for providing operational support to the EHS & Health Services Departments at Universal Studios Hollywood and CityWalk to support Occupational Health Programs. The role ensures compliance with the OSHA recordkeeping requirements, regulatory Medical Surveillance programs, Worker’s Compensation, OSHA injury & illness logs, and reports/dashboards. This role serves as a liaison to the insurance carrier, Occ Health Clinics, Risk Management, and HR related to worker’s comp claims.

Join the Systems, Application and Products (SAP) HR and Payroll Systems Team to perform SAP Payroll Systems Management activities in support of business requirements, improving or adding new functionality to the existing SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Human Capital Management (HCM) landscape as necessary. Providing technical support for the SAP Payroll system by designing, configuring, and implementing functionality for SAP US Payroll processes. Collaborate with the client/business to perform requirement gathering and documentation.

Join the Systems, Application and Products (SAP) HR and Payroll Systems Team to perform SAP Payroll Systems Management activities in support of business requirements, improving or adding new functionality to the existing SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Human Capital Management (HCM) landscape as necessary. Review existing solutions and processes to identify areas for improvement, maintain integrity of the HCM solutions by reviewing build and run changes, provide input for future solutions & system architecture, by applying knowledge of SAP HCM PY.

The Director, Business & Legal Affairs will be part of a team handling all matters involving the Global Distribution business (including negotiating, advising on and documenting content license/distribution agreements with customers across the globe and handling distribution aspects of commissioning, co-production and co-financing transactions and arrangements).

Global Network and Distribution (GND) operations team is responsible for maintaining NBCU’s corporate and broadcast network. We are looking for an engineer who has a broad spectrum of knowledge with all networking technologies. Being in operations team needs understanding of all parts of network. Also includes reacting to alerts, working with vendors and clients to resolve issues, working with other network teams such as engineering, architects, automation teams to understand the changing network and troubleshooting problems. We maintain a 24X7 on call rotation.
