The General Manager for Toothsome - CityWalk Food will be responsible for the overall operation of the venue, including, but not limited to, the efficient and profitable operation of the venue. This position will directly supervise a team of supervisors and managers and operate a high-volume concept in the mixed-use entertainment venue. In the General Manager role, this position will be responsible for the implementation of strategic planning and optimizing restaurant profitability; candidates must also be passionate about quality, cleanliness, and guest service standards.

The Digital Designer is responsible for design, layout, and production of assets across various Fandango platforms and digital formats to support creative content, marketing, and social media materials. The Digital Designer is expected to be a creatively resourceful, organized, and a highly collaborative team player eager to engage in a communication driven and quick-turn Creative Department. This individual will work closely with the design team under the supervision of the Art Director/Sr.

Operational: Key contributor to the monthly and quarter close processes including preparation of close and consolidation journal entries, account reconciliations, and rollforwards across miscellaneous financial statement line items which may include cash, prepaids, accruals, overhead and others. Prepare and monitor Film HQ cash application and reporting processes, while managing related deferred revenue balances and proactively researching unclaimed cash for timely resolution.

The Service Center Coordinator provides support for NBCU Facilities Customer Service Center & Building Intelligence Operations. You will be part of the Service Center team supporting all NBCU West Coast sites, 7 million square ft of real estate across Universal Lower Lot Studio Operations, 10 Universal City Plaza, Dream Works Campus, Assembly Studios in Atlanta as well as our Sports teams in Stamford. You will meet diverse customer service request needs, providing information supporting communications of Fac Ops & Eng work activities.

The Local Digital Account Manager will work with the Digital and Linear Sales teams at NBCU Local; supporting Account Executives and other key players at our stations and Local Sales Offices to develop custom digital sales opportunities for advertisers, as well as coordinate the execution of the successful fulfillment of digital campaigns and all associated revenue.

Summary The Construction Manager is responsible for providing the leadership, direction and resources to effectively manage in field construction activities for infrastructure projects at Universal Studios Hollywood. The Superintendent will oversee construction projects in accordance with approved budgets, schedules, and project plans & specifications. The role includes coordination with internal departments, supervision of the department trade foreman, administrative staff, contracts, finance, scheduling, contractors and sub-contractors.

Job Purpose: The Entertainment Coordinator will provide administrative support to two VP’s of Creative Acquisitions and serve as office liaison communicating with internal NBCU divisions as well as the external business and creative community.

The Position The Director, Security for NBC News West Coast will have oversight of all security logistics and physical security operations for NBC News, which will include the planning and execution phases of all remote operations domestically and in Latin America. This individual reports directly to the Vice President, NBC News Security, as part of the Global Security Operations team.
