The Duopoly Producer’s primary responsibilities are to produce, organize and coordinate all elements involved in creating and producing a fast-paced live daily lifestyle broadcast in Miramar, Fl. This individual will work closely with the lifestyle programming Executive Producer, Sr. Producer, Associate Producer, Booking Producer, Hosts, Reporters and Photog/Editor. Summary: Provides essential office and onsite support and supervision within the Production Management team throughout the development, operation, and strike of Entertainment projects of various scales, including marquee events, daily park entertainment, placemaking efforts, and other special projects in the areas of budget, schedule, scope, and other production management functions.

The Digital Project Manager is responsible for the creation and execution of timelines for digital-owned tactics, including web/mobile, app, DDM, and team member communications, as part of broader campaigns or programs. This role ensures on-time delivery, scope management, risk mitigation, and effective stakeholder communication across assigned projects. Working within a cross-functional scrum team, the Digital Project Manager will facilitate seamless collaboration, track progress, and provide project reporting using WorkFront to ensure transparency and alignment with business objectives.

Provides technical management, inclusive of budget and schedule, for an attraction or attractions. Responsible for the successful specification, bid/award, design, production, installation, and acceptance testing of Ride and/or Show systems, to include Ride Control, and/or Show Control Systems. Role may have multiple direct reports who manage multiple aspects of an attraction. Ensures all Show and Ride equipment maintains the highest level of safety in accordance with Universal Specifications, accepted manufacturing practices and applicable standards.

The Assistant Manager, Entertainment Operations - Streets is responsible for assisting the Manager with oversight and management of the Entertainment Streets Department, including all aspects of front and back of house operations. The Assistant Manager will assist in managing finances, resolving operational challenges and addressing guest and/or team member issues. While primary focus may be overseeing the day-to-day operations, some responsibility will also fall in assisting the Manager with project management and short or mid-range planning.
